Positive People was started to support SMME’s in the battle against HIV/AIDS. Through the implementation of an HIV/AIDS management program, companies are able to create a healthier, more productive workforce and theirby saving themselves money.

Currently through no HIV/AIDS management system in place or an ineffecient system in place businesses are losing money through absenteeism, lower productivity, loss of morale, poor labour relations, vacant posts, rehiring costs, training new individuals, time lag until they have same level of expertise, increase in employment benefits, funeral cover and pensions.
